Refund Policy

A provisional product policy. It is not legal advice and can be revised after attorney review.

Mahazanaka offers a 7-day free trial before a paid subscription is purchased. If a learner purchases a subscription and is dissatisfied, they may request a refund within 7 days of their first paid charge. After that initial refund period, subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancelling prevents future renewal. Access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancelling does not delete study history.

A refund request is reviewed. Mahazanaka does not promise an automatic refund. Request one from the account page. Do not send a full card number. Stripe holds card details. Mahazanaka does not.
