Mahazanaka is an independent educational platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination board, medical licensing organization, or commercial question bank. Names such as USMLE and MRCP are used only to describe the style of practice.

You may use Mahazanaka for your own study. Except where a notice says otherwise, Mahazanaka's original written material is protected to the extent copyright law applies. That includes original synthetic clinical vignettes, original explanations, original graphics and interface materials, and original software.

Mahazanaka does not claim ownership of medical facts, diagnoses, diseases, scientific principles, guideline recommendations owned by others, examination names, public-domain facts, or anyone else's copyrighted material. Copyright, where it exists, is in Mahazanaka's original expression, not in the underlying medicine.

You may not bulk-copy, scrape, republish, sell, redistribute, mirror, or systematically reproduce the Mahazanaka QBank without permission. You may not use Mahazanaka content to create or train a competing question bank without authorization, where that material is protectable.

Mahazanaka is for medical education. It is not a substitute for individualized patient care or local clinical judgment. Content can change as evidence and guidelines change. You are responsible for following the rules of any examination you sit. Do not upload or reproduce copyrighted examination or commercial question-bank material. Do not share an account, scrape, bulk-download, resell, or systematically copy the question bank.

A paid subscription, when offered, renews until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the end of the period already paid. The refund rules are on the Refund Policy page. Those terms are provisional and are not a lawyer's opinion. Liability for use of an educational site is limited to the extent the law allows. Original Mahazanaka writing, software, and graphics belong to Mahazanaka.
